It is however thanks to this acceleration of present science,which brings astonishing amount of fascinating publications, that it is becoming increasingly difficult for young scientist to make their professional break through.

At our department we understand this struggle and it is for those reasons that we have decided to participate in an international program called MSCA which creates a postdoctoral fellowship network that allows newly graduated academics to gain invaluable experiences. We ourselves then strife to offer a progressive scientific environment in combination with historical surrounding that offers one of the best academic cultures in Central Europe. Apart from achievinginfluential scientific results we also considered essential to establish a welcoming academic background, where our team of senior colleagues is always prepared to provideguidefulinsight and an individual support. You are also encouraged to become a part of one of our research teams and present your scientific findings jointly on international symposiums and in impactful publications in order to gain more valuable experiences and contacts.

Our present main research fields within MSCA network are Traffic safety and mobility, and Personality characteristics. We are however rapidly expanding this portfolio and are opened to hear about your own potential research topics and ideas.
